There is currently road construction nearby, and the Deerfoot City Mall currently cannot be accessed from the Deerfoot Trail overpass turnoff in the northbound direction only. Thus, vehicles approaching from the south on Deerfoot Trail should exit Deerfoot Trail at the earlier McKnight Blvd East turnoff, then take the first turn left (north) onto Aviation Blvd NE, then take the first turn left onto 49 Ave NE, then turn right on 11 St SE, then head north, turn left on 57 Ave NE, then right on 7 St NE for rear access to Deerfoot City Mall near Cabela’s. Vehicles approaching from the north on Deerfoot Trail are able to access the Deerfoot City overpass southbound turnoff as normal and do not need to detour.
