1920’s Gala Fundraiser – Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village – CANCELLED

Below is a description of the original concept of the event prior to cancellation.

This event is an outdoor 1920’s-themed gala fundraiser and dinner at Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village in Pincher Creek, Alberta. Color to mingle with the crowd of approximately 60 people during cocktail hour. Much of the crowd will also be in costume. Our members will be invited to sit down and have dinner with the crowd. After dinner, our members are to break out into a skit and then skills show. Event organizer Gord Tolton will be the target of our wanted poster and can be included in the skit. Meet time is at 3:00pm at Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village. We will be given the schoolhouse for use as our green room and a key will be provided to our onsite safety officer. An auction and fun money casino will also be part of the event. Tents and a gazebo for use as a stage will be set-up as part of the outdoor event. The main part of the event will be over by 9:00pm, with members free to leave or stay later if they wish. A donated Guns of the Golden West show will be auctioned-off at the event.
